“Original Review from January 2025: I approached Alton to purchase my first multifamily home almost a year ago. Since the beginning, Alton was very communicative, transparent and professional; all while being personable. Alton's mission as a real estate agent is to make each of his client's journeys enjoyable and meaningful. I would say my experience working with Alton was nothing short of that. The whole way through, Alton was working at my speed and my comfortability level. He always put me, the buyer, first and taught me things I didn't know along the way. Through the individually catered journey that he provided me with, I realized that this time was not my time to buy my first property for personal reasons. Despite this, Alton was understanding and has never held that against me, even after working with me for almost a year to close a deal.
